sometimes it’s better to be lucky than good,

and we got lucky with two great weather days

when we shot at Alloro Vineyard

outside Sherwood in Oregon wine country.   

And I got lucky,

working with the talented videographer, Jon Dick,

who shot some stunning imagery…

on the ground and in the air with the drone.

Also, our host,  Alloro owner David Nemarnik,

provided some terrific insights

on the winemaker’s thought process

around make-or-break harvest decisions. 

He also predicted

how the 2019 pinots will taste…
